COLLECTIVE CREATION
WORKSHOPS FOR STUDENTS

TARRAGON FAR STUDIO
FEBRUARY 14 - 16, 2011

In February 2011, Theatre Smash was thrilled to offer Collective Creation workshops for students in Grades 6-12 led by acclaimed theatre creators and educators Ravi Jain and Dan Watson.  An introduction to the concept of "The Actor Creator," these workshops will allow students to explore the process of devising. Using the body as the primary means of expression, students were introduced to techniques such as mask and improvisation, and experienced how ensembles work together to create a play.
